Senior Class Gift
The UC San Diego Student Foundation is a student-run philanthropic organization that aims to foster a culture of philanthropy among students by supporting scholarships and other student needs. Our mission is to enhance the UC San Diego community through student philanthropy, aligning with the university's strategic plan to build a campus wide culture of philanthropy.
As a student at UC San Diego, you have the power to make a difference in the lives of your peers. The Senior Class Giving Fund is an important tradition at UC San Diego, as it allows graduating students to leave a lasting legacy on campus and contribute to the university's mission.
By making a gift, seniors are investing in the next generation of leaders and change-makers, and helping to enhance the UC San Diego community through student philanthropy.
The Senior Class Giving Fund provides crucial support to students, bridging the gap between college expenses and financial aid, and awarding scholarships to deserving students.
We awarded $12,000 in scholarships during the 2022-2023 school year and $13,000 during the 2023-2024 school year. Our goal for Triton Giving Day is to raise $3,500 and we need your help to get there.
If 173 graduating students donate $20.25 in honor of their graduating class, we can meet our goal and make a significant impact on the lives of UC San Diego students. Your gift today, no matter the size, will bring us closer to achieving our goal and supporting the next generation of Tritons. Your contribution will not only support your fellow students but also become part of a larger movement to promote philanthropy and giving back to the Triton community.
Every gift counts, and together, we can make a difference!
