Since 2013, more than 2,900 Chancellor’s Associates scholarships have been awarded to high-achieving students, who are often the first in their families to attend college.

UC San Diego Club Baseball is a competitive team that aims to give passionate students the opportunity to continue their baseball careers.

Since 2010, we have played in the National Club Baseball Association at the Division 1 level. Our goal is to make it to the NCBA Regional Tournament and then the World Series.

The team is completely student-run, so we prioritize a healthy student life balance above all else. We hold high expectations for all our players, and work hard to create a space where student athletes achieve success on and off the field.

UC San Diego Club Swim is proud to celebrate our 11th year as a club!

This past year, our team achieved some remarkable feats including being named College Club Swimming 2024 Team of the Year, placing 11th as a team overall at College Club Swimming National Championships and having our first individual national champion! To top that all off we hosted the largest ever College Club Swimming Regional Championship in November with over 900 swimmers in attendance from schools all over the western US.

On a day-to-day basis, Club Swim gives our 120+ members the opportunity to work out, compete and be part of a great team community.

The UC San Diego Club Tennis team is a tightly knit family of student-athletes who share their passion for tennis and competition.

Recently we won the 2025 Southern California Tennis on Campus Sectionals, coming out on top against 28 other teams for the second year in a row! And we are on track for a great performance at the United States Tennis Association National Championships. We are proud to be a part of the UC San Diego community and extremely appreciative of the teammates, friends, alumni, family and loved ones who offer their support.

UC San Diego is proud to be home to the first Cognitive Science department in the nation, pioneering a focus on interdisciplinary research that immerses students in a wealth of opportunities allowing them to network across diverse fields of study.

The Industry Engagement Program connects students to industry opportunities in all sectors where they are able to apply a deep knowledge of systems and critical design. Crucially, UC San Diego fosters an environment of collaboration and innovation where students feel prepared with the expertise needed to successfully step into their careers. The UC San Diego Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) embodies the university's tradition of excellence as a world-class leader in computer science and engineering education and research.

CSE has over 80 faculty, almost 350 PhD students and over 1,000 Masters students. At the undergraduate level, one in every three students who get a degree from UC San Diego has taken a class in our department.

CSE continues to be in a period of exciting growth and opportunity, with the rise of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models and Computing across all disciplines. Ranked 3rd in the metrics-based ranking on csrankings.org, the department excels in research and teaching above all else; serves all students, across many disciplines; and creates communities that are inclusive and inspire innovation and creativity for all.

The UC San Diego Craft Center is a creative space for everyone — students, staff, faculty and the wider San Diego community — to converge in vibrant studios and adventure across mediums to explore, celebrate and collaborate on artistic journeys. From ceramics and jewelry making to woodworking, culinary arts, glass blowing, mixed media, flamework, surfboard shaping and more, the Craft Center nurtures hands-on creation, providing a break from the pressures of life while fostering a vibrant arts community on campus. The UC San Diego Cricket Team is one of the newest sports clubs on campus, yet it’s definitely one of the most fun! We compete in the ACC (American Cricket Conference) facing various teams around Southern California including UC Irvine, USC, UCLA and Cal-Tech.

We welcome new members to enjoy the game and the people that make our community a thriving one. The past two years the team has made it to the national stage, and we want to continue that momentum. It's not just about cricket, it's about teamwork, dedication and the pursuit of excellence.

Collegiate cycling is bicycle racing organized for competition against teams from other colleges. We compete in the Western Collegiate Cycling Conference regionally and nationally. Our team is unique in that we house athletes who race in three diverse categories — mountain, road and track events.

UC San Diego Cycling recently brought back our own road race, the Triton Crit! From donuts to groves, we love being on the road.

The UC San Diego Dancesport Team is a competitive Ballroom and Latin dance team that brings together students who share a love for dance.

Our mission is to provide a supportive community where dancers of all levels can train, compete and grow together, showcasing their skills across various styles.

We proudly host the annual “Dance by the Shores” competition, one of the largest collegiate dancesport events on the West Coast, attracting participants from schools and independent competitors alike.

On top of showcasing technical skills and style in competitions we form meaningful bonds with our fellow dancesport members as we explore the world of dance in different cities.
